Return policy

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in original condition with its box and all accessories.

Factory-defective products are replaced or fully refunded. Transport damage is replaced immediately if the product is inspected with the courier.

Excluded: opened perfumes and cosmetics, and customized products.
