Product FAQ
Is the AndaSeat Novis XL right for my height and weight?
Size XL is officially designed for users 165–210 cm tall weighing up to 120 kg. If you are under 165 cm, size L fits better.
Does the chair need assembly?
Yes. It ships flat-packed with tools and an assembly guide, and most people put it together in about 20–30 minutes without prior experience.
Does the chair come with a neck pillow?
The Novis relies on lumbar support built into the backrest; according to AndaSeat, head and lumbar pillows are sold separately, and the chair is very comfortable without them.
Is it also good for office work and studying?
Absolutely. Its ergonomic design and back support make it just as suitable for long office and study sessions as for gaming.
What warranty and payment options are available in Iraq?
The chair comes with a one-year Al Bab Al Aaly warranty, and you can pay cash on delivery with shipping to every Iraqi governorate.
