Description

The CORSAIR 6500X is a dual-chamber mid-tower case with a panoramic glass design that shows your build from the front and side, while a rear chamber hides the power supply, cables and storage. It ships without fans, giving you the freedom to choose the cooling and lighting you prefer.

Design and build

The case measures 496 x 481 x 328mm and is built from steel, tempered glass and plastic. The front and left side panels are tempered glass, the right panel is mesh for ventilation, and there is dust filtration and 109mm of cable routing space. It comes in several finishes: White, Black with Obsidian brushed aluminum, White with bamboo wood and White with satin gray aluminum, so you can match it to your setup.

Cooling and performance

  • Room for up to 10x 120mm or 7x 140mm fans.
  • 360mm radiators at the top, bottom and side, plus 120 or 140mm at the rear.
  • Graphics cards up to 400mm, CPU air coolers up to 190mm and ATX power supplies up to 225mm.
  • Two 3.5-inch drive bays and two 2.5-inch SSD bays.

Compatibility and connectivity

It supports Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, ATX and E-ATX (305 x 277mm) boards as well as ASUS BTF, MSI Project Zero and GIGABYTE Project Stealth reverse-connector boards. It offers 8 horizontal expansion slots with vertical GPU mounting via an optional accessory. The front panel has USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, an audio combo jack, and power and reset buttons.

The technology in plain words

The dual-chamber layout puts the PSU and cables behind the motherboard tray, so the showcase side stays clean and air flows freely. Reverse-connector boards move every cable to the back of the board so none are visible through the glass.

Who is it for?

A great choice for anyone who wants an elegant showcase build and prefers to pick their own fans, or who wants a distinctive wood or aluminum touch. Available in several colours at Al Bab Al Aali.
