Description

The CORSAIR iCUE 5000D RGB AIRFLOW case is a mid-tower chassis built for builders who want strong airflow and ready-to-go RGB lighting from the first boot, with a spacious interior that handles gaming and creator builds based on motherboards up to E-ATX and long graphics cards.

Design and build

A high-airflow mesh front panel pulls cool air straight to your components, while a tempered glass side panel shows off your build and its lighting. The case measures 520 x 520 x 245mm, and behind the motherboard tray a hinged steel cable management door with 25mm of routing space hides the wiring, with 43mm of total cable space for a cleaner, easier build.

Cooling and performance

  • 3x AF120 RGB ELITE PWM fans pre-installed with an iCUE Lighting Node PRO controller and a PWM fan repeater for up to 6 fans.
  • Room for up to 12x 120mm or 4x 140mm fans.
  • Radiator support up to 360mm for liquid coolers such as the H100i, H115i and H150i.
  • Maximum GPU length 420mm, maximum CPU cooler height 170mm, maximum PSU length 250mm.

Compatibility and connectivity

The case accepts Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, ATX and E-ATX (up to 305 x 277mm) motherboards and offers 7 horizontal plus 2 vertical expansion slots, with vertical GPU mounting possible using an optional PCIe riser cable. The front I/O includes USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, an audio combo jack, power and reset buttons. Storage mounts cover four 2.5-inch SSDs and two 3.5-inch drives.

The technology in plain words

CORSAIR iCUE software lets you control fan colours and speeds directly from your PC, and PWM fans adjust their speed with temperature, staying quiet under light loads and ramping up while gaming.

Who is it for?

It suits anyone building a gaming or work PC with a large graphics card who wants excellent cooling and lighting out of the box without buying extra fans. Available in black and white at Al Bab Al Aali.
