Description

CORSAIR iCUE 5000X RGB – four glass panels for a full showcase

The CORSAIR iCUE 5000X RGB PC case is a Mid-Tower ATX chassis built for gamers and builders who want a powerful PC with a clean look, strong cooling and customizable RGB lighting. It combines a sturdy steel frame with tempered glass panels and ships with three corsair sp120 rgb elite fans ready to go from the first boot.

Design and build

It features four tool-free tempered glass panels, comes in black or white, and supports vertical GPU mounting with the CORSAIR RapidRoute cable management system. The case features a tempered glass front panel, measures 520 × 520 × 245 mm (H × L × W) and weighs about 15 kg, with 7 vertical + 2 horizontal slots for expansion cards.

Key specifications

  • Motherboard support: Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, ATX and E-ATX (305 × 277 mm)
  • Max GPU length: 420 mm
  • Max CPU cooler height: 170 mm
  • Radiator support: 120 / 140 / 240 / 280 / 360 mm
  • Fan mounts: 10x 120mm or 4x 140mm fans
  • Storage: 4x 2.5" SSD and 2x 3.5" HDD bays
  • Power supply: ATX up to 250 mm long

That space lets you install today's large graphics cards and 360 mm liquid coolers without a struggle, while an organised airflow path keeps components cool during long gaming sessions and heavy workloads.

Connectivity and compatibility

The front panel offers 1x USB 3.1 Type-C, 2x USB 3.0 and a combo audio jack plus power and reset buttons. It offers 43 mm of cable routing space behind the motherboard and fits graphics cards up to 420 mm long.

Technologies in plain words

  • CORSAIR iCUE: software that lets you control fan lighting colours and effects and sync them with your other CORSAIR gear.
  • Cable management system: routing channels behind the motherboard tray keep wires tidy and hidden for a clean build and better airflow.
  • Tempered glass: stronger than regular glass and shows off your components clearly.

Who should buy it?

Ideal for builders who want to show off their components from every angle with plenty of room for modern GPUs and liquid cooling.
