Does this RAM work with AMD Ryzen and Intel CPUs?

Yes. This version supports both AMD EXPO and Intel XMP 3.0 and works on AMD AM5 boards and on Intel LGA1700 and LGA1851 boards with DDR5 support. It does not fit DDR4 boards or laptops.

How do I run the RAM at 6000MT/s?

Enter the BIOS and enable the AMD EXPO profile on AMD boards or the XMP profile on Intel boards. Without it the RAM runs at the default 4800MT/s.
