Warranty & service policyDescription
The EZVIZ HB8 Lite Kit is the simplest way to get a solar-powered outdoor pan-and-tilt camera if you have Wi-Fi at home. The bundle pairs the 2K+ HB8 Lite camera with a 5W solar panel and is the most affordable of the HB8 kits. If you want an EZVIZ HB8 Lite in Iraq to watch the garden gate or driveway, this kit does it with no wiring.
Design
The camera measures 168×100×137 mm and weighs just 613 g, which makes wall mounting easy. It is IP65 rated against rain and dust, and the solar panel is also IP65 with a 3-metre Type-C cable.
Picture and performance
A 1/3" 4MP sensor gives 2K+ images with roughly twice the pixels of a 1080p camera. The 4mm F1.6 lens has a 75° horizontal view, and 340° pan with 80° tilt makes up for the narrower angle. At night it uses IR up to 15 metres, or two spotlights for a colour picture.
Connectivity and storage
It connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 at link rates up to 114Mbps and needs at least 4Mbps. Recording goes to microSD up to 512GB or to EZVIZ CloudPlay.
The technology in plain words
- Wi-Fi 6: a newer standard that keeps the connection steadier even when many devices share the router.
- Human and vehicle shape detection: cuts false alerts from animals and shadows.
- Two-way talk: speak to a visitor or courier from your phone through the camera's mic and speaker.
Who is it for?
Houses, ground-floor flats and small shops with Wi-Fi, and anyone buying their first solar camera on a sensible budget.

Product FAQ
Does the HB8 Lite support 5GHz Wi-Fi?
No, it works on 2.4GHz only, using Wi-Fi 6. Most routers broadcast 2.4GHz by default, and it reaches further outdoors.
How does the HB8 Lite compare with the HB8 2K+?
Both are 2K+, but the HB8 Lite is lighter with a 5,200mAh battery, microSD up to 512GB and IP65, while the standard HB8 has a 10,400mAh battery and 32GB of built-in storage.
Can I talk to visitors through the camera?
Yes, the camera supports two-way talk through the EZVIZ app. You hear the visitor and reply from your phone wherever you are.
Do I need a technician to install it?
Not really. The box has a drilling template, bracket and screws, and setup in the EZVIZ app takes minutes. Just pick a sunny spot for the panel within 3 metres of the camera.
Is there a warranty and cash on delivery?
Yes, the kit has a full one-year warranty and you pay cash on delivery. We ship to every Iraqi governorate.
