GIGABYTE AORUS ELITE P1000W 1000W 80+ Platinum Modular PCIe 5.1 ATX 3.1 Power Supply

The GIGABYTE AORUS ELITE P1000W is a 1000W power supply from GIGABYTE with 80 PLUS Platinum certification and up to 92% efficiency at typical load, giving your components stable, clean power with less wasted electricity and less heat.

Design and build

It uses the standard ATX size at 150 × 140 × 86 mm (140 mm long), so it fits most cases. It is fully modular: Every cable is detachable, so you install only what you need for a tidy case and better airflow. Cooling comes from a 120mm Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) fan that balances good airflow with low noise.

Technologies in plain words

80 PLUS Platinum means more of the electricity drawn from the wall actually reaches your components instead of being lost as heat, lowering both your power bill and case temperature. Multiple protections against over-voltage, over-current, short circuit and over-temperature guard your motherboard and graphics card when the mains supply fluctuates. The native 16-pin PCIe 5.1 cable is a single lead that delivers up to 600W directly to modern graphics cards such as the RTX 40 and RTX 50 series, without bulky adapters, for a cleaner and safer build. ATX 3.0/3.1 compliance means the unit is built to handle the short power spikes that powerful graphics cards create, supporting power excursions of up to 200% for brief moments without shutting the PC down. Semi-passive fan mode stops the fan completely when the system is idle or under low load (below 50% load) and spins it up automatically when needed, so your PC stays quieter during browsing and office work. 100% japanese capacitors are high-quality internal components that tolerate heat over long periods, giving steadier voltage and a longer service life. The unit also carries Cybenetics Platinum efficiency and LAMBDA A++ noise ratings, independent tests that confirm high efficiency and quiet operation.
