Description

The GravaStar Mercury K98 Pro is a premium 98% mechanical gaming keyboard with a glossy aluminium exoskeleton. It combines a smart TFT dashboard and an 8000 Hz polling rate with creamy "thocky" acoustics straight out of the box. If you are looking for the Mercury K98 Pro price in Iraq in Phantom Black, this keyboard is built for both gaming and work.

Design

The exoskeleton is forged from glossy aluminium alloy with a futuristic look, measuring 460 × 170 × 62.5 mm and weighing 1.55 kg with the battery. The 98% layout packs 98 keys plus a multifunction control knob, giving you a number pad in a smaller footprint than a full-size board.

Display and lighting

  • 1.65-inch color TFT dashboard (142×428) to track system stats, monitor keystrokes and show custom animations.
  • 19 built-in ARGB backlight effects and 4 ambient side-light modes.

Performance and typing

  • Pre-lubed linear GravaStar UFO mechanical switches with a 70M-click lifespan.
  • 8000 Hz polling in wired and 2.4GHz wireless modes, down to 0.1 ms latency.
  • 5-layer foam gasket mount (Poron, IXPE, PET film) removes hollow resonance.

Connectivity and battery

Tri-mode connection: 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.4 and USB-C wired. The 8000mAh battery lasts up to 228 hours (1K mode, RGB off) or 166 hours in 8K mode. A web-based driver lets you remap keys, record macros and tune RGB from your browser with no software to install.

The technology in plain words

An 8000 Hz polling rate means the keyboard reports your presses 8000 times per second, so they reach the game faster. A gasket mount lets the plate float on foam layers for softer sound and a more comfortable feel. Linear switches travel smoothly with no bump, great for fast gaming.

Who should buy it?

Competitive gamers, anyone who wants a striking centrepiece for their desk, and coders or writers who want a number pad in a compact size.
