The Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF is a Core Ultra 200S (Arrow Lake) desktop processor for socket LGA1851 with 14 cores – 6 Performance-cores and 8 Efficient-cores – and a max turbo frequency of up to 5.2GHz, built for fast gaming, content creation and heavy multitasking. This is the Tray version (processor only, without retail box or cooler).

Design and platform

The processor uses Intel's new FCLGA1851 socket and works with Intel 800 series motherboards such as Z890 and B860. The compute tile is made on the TSMC N3B process, and the chip is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 105°C. Its thermal solution specification is PCG 2020A.
