Description

The LG 24MP59G-P is a 24-inch class (23.8-inch viewable) Full HD IPS gaming monitor with a 75Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync – a great pick for anyone comparing LG gaming and work monitor prices in Iraq on a sensible budget, whether for a home PC, a gaming café or the office.

Design

A glossy black design with a slim bezel and a stand with a red accent for a gaming look, tilting from -2 to 15 degrees. With the stand it measures 550.5 × 419.9 × 204.1 mm and weighs only 3.2 kg, and the menus are controlled with a joystick button under the screen.

Picture quality

  • IPS panel with 1920×1080 resolution and 178/178° viewing angles, so colours stay consistent from any angle.
  • Over 99% sRGB colour gamut and 16.7 million colours (6bit+A-FRC).
  • 250 cd/m² brightness, 1000:1 contrast and an anti-glare 3H surface.

Gaming performance

  • 75Hz refresh rate with AMD FreeSync (HDMI/DP) to remove screen tearing and stutter.
  • 5ms GtG response time plus 1ms Motion Blur Reduction for sharper fast motion.
  • Black Stabilizer reveals detail in dark scenes, Dynamic Action Sync (DAS) reduces input lag and the Crosshair feature helps aiming in FPS titles.
  • Preset modes: FPS Game 1 and 2, RTS Game, Reader, Photo and Cinema.

Connectivity and eye comfort

It offers HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.2, D-Sub (VGA) and a headphone output, so it works with both new and older PCs. OnScreen Control splits the screen into 4 areas, while Reader Mode and Flicker Safe protect your eyes during long study and work sessions.

Ready for Iraqi power conditions

The monitor runs from an external power adapter rated 100–240 V, so it copes with the voltage swings when switching between grid power and the neighbourhood generator. Its low consumption (about 22 W when on and under 0.5 W in sleep) is easy on a limited generator ampere subscription or a UPS during power cuts.

Who is it for?

Entry-level gamers, PC players, students and office workers who want an IPS monitor with accurate colours and smooth motion at a fair price in Iraq, with cash on delivery.
