Description

The LG UltraGear 32GK850G is a 31.5-inch VA QHD gaming monitor with a refresh rate of 144Hz native and up to 165Hz overclocked over DisplayPort and a 5ms (GtG) response time. If you are comparing LG gaming monitor prices in Iraq, it offers officially documented specifications and real gaming speed.

Design

It uses LG's black UltraGear design with red accents and slim bezels, and weighs about 8.5 kg with the stand.
The ergonomic stand offers 110 mm height adjustment, tilt, swivel and pivot, plus a cable holder.

Performance and picture

  • A VA panel with a high 3000:1 contrast ratio for deeper blacks and more detail in dark scenes, with 178° viewing angles.
  • QHD 2560×1440 resolution gives about 78% more pixels than Full HD, the ideal match for a 32-inch screen, so distant detail and text look sharper.
  • A 165Hz refresh rate makes shooters and racing games far smoother than standard 60Hz screens.
  • 5ms (GtG) response time reduces ghosting behind moving objects.
  • NTSC 72% colour gamut, 350 cd/m² brightness and 3000:1 contrast.

Gaming technologies explained

  • NVIDIA G-SYNC: syncs the monitor with your graphics card to remove tearing and stutter.
  • Black Stabilizer brightens dark areas so you can spot enemies hiding in shadows.
  • Dynamic Action Sync reduces input lag so your commands reach the game faster.
  • Crosshair places a fixed aiming point in the centre of the screen for shooters.
  • Overclocking to 165Hz: over DisplayPort you can raise the refresh rate from 144Hz to 165Hz in the monitor menu.
  • Built-in NVIDIA G-SYNC: a dedicated G-SYNC module inside the monitor gives very smooth, tear-free play with NVIDIA GeForce cards.

Connectivity

1 × HDMI 1.4, 1 × DisplayPort 1.2, USB 3.0 hub (1 up / 2 down, Quick Charge) plus a headphone output let you connect a PC and a PlayStation or Xbox. OnScreen Control lets you adjust settings with your mouse.

Ready for Iraqi power conditions

The monitor runs from an external power adapter rated 100–240 V, so it copes with voltage swings between grid and generator power and typical consumption of only about 55 W, which is easy on a limited generator ampere subscription or a UPS during power cuts. Flicker Safe keeps your eyes comfortable during long sessions.

Who is it for?

It suits gamers who want a 32-inch QHD screen with a high refresh rate for Valorant, Call of Duty, Fortnite or Forza, plus creators and programmers who need a big workspace.

Product FAQ

Is the LG 32GK850G good for PS5 and PC?

Yes. A PS5 connects over HDMI at up to 60Hz (the HDMI 1.4 port is limited to 2560×1440 at 60Hz). A PC with an NVIDIA card gets 144Hz, or 165Hz overclocked, over DisplayPort.

Does it support HDR and G-SYNC?

It has built-in NVIDIA G-SYNC for perfectly synced, tear-free play with NVIDIA GeForce cards over DisplayPort. LG's official specs do not list HDR for this model; it focuses on speed and high contrast.

Can I mount this monitor on the wall?

LG's official specs for this model do not list a VESA mounting size, so we recommend its original stand, which offers height, tilt, swivel and pivot. Contact us before buying a wall bracket so we can confirm compatibility.

What's in the box?

Along with the monitor and its stand you get: Power adapter, Power cord, HDMI cable, DisplayPort cable, Cable holder. Accessories and the power cord type may vary by country.

What warranty and payment options do I get from Albab Alaly?

You get a full 1-year warranty on the monitor and pay cash on delivery after checking the product. We deliver to every Iraqi governorate.
