Description

The LG InstaView GCX-287TVW is a 611L side by side refrigerator from LG's premium range, combining InstaView Door-in-Door, an ice and water dispenser and advanced freshness technology. If you are looking for the price of an LG InstaView refrigerator in Iraq with warranty and cash on delivery, this is one of the most complete models available. It comes in White (GCX-287TVW) and Silver (GCX-287TVS).

Design and InstaView

A tinted glass panel in the door lights up when you knock twice, so you can see the door shelves without opening it, and the Door-in-Door compartment gives quick access to drinks and everyday items without opening the whole fridge. Less cold air escapes, keeping food colder and saving electricity. It measures 913 × 1790 × 735 mm and weighs 131 kg.

Ice and water

An ice and water dispenser with cube and crushed ice and a SpacePlus automatic ice maker that saves freezer space. The dispenser requires a water connection (plumbing). UVnano uses UV light to automatically reduce 99.99% of bacteria on the dispenser nozzle.

Freshness and cooling

  • LinearCooling: reduces temperature fluctuations so produce stays fresh for up to 7 days.
  • DoorCooling+: faster, even cooling of the door shelves – very useful in Iraq's summer heat.
  • Hygiene Fresh+: a filter that removes odours and up to 99.999% of bacteria.
  • Multi-Air Flow: multiple vents spread cold air to every corner.

Compressor and power in Iraq

The Smart Inverter compressor adjusts its speed to demand, saving electricity and running quietly, and its soft start suits generators and ampere subscriptions. LG backs the compressor with a 10-year warranty.

Smart connectivity

With Wi-Fi and the LG ThinQ app you can monitor and adjust the fridge from your phone, and Smart Diagnosis helps troubleshoot quickly.

Product FAQ

What is InstaView?

InstaView is a tinted glass panel in the door that lights up when you knock twice, letting you see the door shelves without opening it. Less cold air escapes, keeping food colder and saving energy.

Does the ice and water dispenser need a water connection?

Yes. According to LG's specifications this model requires plumbing for the dispenser and automatic ice maker to work. We recommend a suitable water line and filter behind the fridge.

Is 611L right for my family?

611L is ideal for large families of 5 or more and for people who host often. The side by side layout gives a tall freezer and a spacious fridge section that are easy to organise.

Can it handle voltage fluctuations and generator power in Iraq?

It uses a Smart Inverter compressor that starts gradually with a low current draw, so it copes with national grid and neighbourhood generator power better than conventional compressors and suits limited ampere subscriptions. We still recommend a suitable voltage stabiliser to protect it from sudden cuts and surges.

What warranty do I get and how do payment and delivery work?

You get a full 1-year warranty when buying from Albab Alaly. You pay cash on delivery, and we deliver the refrigerator to all Iraqi governorates.
