Description

The LG GRF-862BVWB is a top freezer refrigerator with 656L gross capacity – one of LG's largest top-mount models – featuring a Smart Inverter compressor, LinearCooling, DoorCooling+ and ThinQ connectivity. If you are looking for the price of an LG 656L inverter fridge in Iraq with warranty and cash on delivery, this model is built for big families. It comes in White (GRF-862BVWB) and Silver (GRF-862BVLB).

Design

It measures 831 × 1860 × 741 mm and weighs 86 kg, with an external water dispenser in the door for chilled water without opening the fridge, and top LED lighting in both fridge and freezer.

Performance and technology

  • LinearCooling: reduces temperature fluctuations so fruit and vegetables stay fresh for longer.
  • DoorCooling+: faster, even cooling of the door shelves – very useful in Iraq's hot summers.
  • Multi Air Flow: multiple vents spread cold air to every corner.
  • Smart Inverter Compressor: adjusts its speed to demand, saving electricity and running quietly, backed by LG's 10-year compressor warranty.

Capacity and freshness

656L gross capacity with tempered glass shelves, two vegetable boxes, a Fresh 0 Zone for meat and fish, and an egg tray. The Hygiene Fresh filter and deodorizer keep the air inside clean, and the freezer has a movable manual ice maker.

Smart connectivity

With Wi-Fi and the LG ThinQ app you can control and monitor the fridge from your phone, and Smart Diagnosis helps troubleshoot quickly.

Inverter and power in Iraq

The inverter compressor starts gradually with a low current, so it copes better with national grid and neighbourhood generator power, suits ampere subscriptions and keeps a steady temperature through the summer heat.

Who is it for?

Product FAQ

Is 656L right for my family?

656L gross capacity is ideal for large families of 5 or more and for people who store a lot of meat and produce. Note that it is 831 mm wide, so measure the space in your kitchen before buying.

Does the water dispenser need plumbing?

LG's specifications list an external water-only dispenser and no automatic ice maker; this type usually uses an internal tank that you refill by hand. You can confirm on delivery, and the fridge also has a movable manual ice maker.

Can it handle voltage fluctuations and generator power in Iraq?

It uses a Smart Inverter compressor that starts gradually with a low current draw, so it copes with national grid and neighbourhood generator power better than conventional compressors and suits limited ampere subscriptions. We still recommend a suitable voltage stabiliser to protect it from sudden cuts and surges.

Is the refrigerator quiet and energy efficient?

Yes. The Smart Inverter compressor adjusts its speed to demand instead of constantly switching on and off, which reduces noise, vibration and power consumption. LG also states a 10-year warranty on the compressor (parts) on its official site.

What warranty do I get and how do payment and delivery work?

You get a full 1-year warranty when buying from Albab Alaly. You pay cash on delivery, and we deliver the refrigerator to all Iraqi governorates.
