Description

The LG WDN1508GRP 15/8kg washer dryer combo is the ideal choice for Iraqi families who want to wash and dry clothes in a single appliance without hanging laundry outside, especially during dusty days and winter. If you are looking for the LG 15kg washer dryer price in Iraq with a warranty and cash on delivery, this model is one of the strongest options.

Design

It is a front-load machine in an elegant Essence Graphite finish (also available in white), measuring 650 × 645 × 950 mm (W × D × H) and weighing about 77 kg. The wide front door makes loading blankets and large covers easy.

Performance and AI DD

The washer uses an AI DD direct drive motor that senses the load weight and chooses the right wash motion for the fabric, protecting clothes while reducing vibration and noise. The AI Wash programme selects suitable settings automatically.

Steam and TurboWash

  • Steam: used in the Allergy Care programme to help reduce allergens – useful for children and allergy sufferers.
  • TurboWash 39: a fast, effective wash that saves time on busy days.
  • Several drying modes: Cupboard dry, Iron dry, Low Temperature dry and Timed dry (30/60/120 minutes).

Capacity and efficiency

A 15 kg wash and 8 kg dry capacity handles the laundry of a large family of six or more, and a spin speed up to 1400 rpm shortens drying time.

Built for Iraqi power

The machine supports a Low Ampere Cycle designed to run on a lower current – important if you depend on a neighbourhood generator with a limited ampere subscription. It runs on 220-240 V, 50 Hz.

Smart connectivity with LG ThinQ

Over Wi-Fi and the LG ThinQ app you can start the machine remotely, download extra programmes and use Smart Diagnosis to troubleshoot quickly from your phone.

Who is it for?

Large families, apartments without space to dry laundry outside, and anyone who wants one space-saving appliance instead of a separate washer and dryer.

Product FAQ

Does it fully dry the clothes?

Yes. It has drying modes such as Cupboard dry, Iron dry and Timed dry, with an 8 kg drying capacity. For best results dry a smaller load than you wash.

Is it suitable for a large family?

A 15 kg wash capacity usually suits a family of six or more and lets you wash blankets and large covers. The drying capacity is 8 kg per cycle.

Does it run on a neighbourhood generator (amperes) and cope with Iraqi voltage swings?

It runs on 220-240 V, 50 Hz and uses an inverter motor that ramps up gradually without a sudden current spike, so it suits both national grid and neighbourhood generator power. It also offers a Low Ampere Cycle for lower current draw on limited amperes. We still recommend a voltage stabiliser to protect it from sudden cuts and surges.

Can I control it from my phone?

Yes. It supports Wi-Fi and the LG ThinQ app for Remote Start, downloadable programmes and Smart Diagnosis. You just need a home Wi-Fi network.

What warranty do I get and how do payment and delivery work?

You get a full 1-year warranty when you buy from Albab Alaly. You pay cash on delivery after checking the appliance, and we deliver the washer to every Iraqi governorate.
