Description

The MSI Thin 15 B13UC-1000US is a slim, lightweight gaming laptop that pairs an Intel Core i5-13420H with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050, 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD and a 144Hz screen, giving you enjoyable gaming and practical performance for study and work at a sensible price. If you are looking for the MSI Thin 15 price in Iraq with a warranty and cash on delivery, this is one of the most popular budget gaming laptops.

Design

It has a clean grey chassis just 21.7 mm thin and weighing only 1.86 kg, so it is easy to carry to university or the office. The keyboard has blue backlighting for typing and gaming in low light, and the Cooler Boost thermal system keeps temperatures steady during play.

Display and performance

The 15.6-inch FHD (1920x1080) IPS-Level panel refreshes at 144Hz, keeping motion smooth in shooters and racing games. The 13th Gen Core i5-13420H has 8 cores (4 performance and 4 efficient) and 12 threads up to 4.6GHz, while the RTX 3050 with 4GB supports DLSS and ray tracing, enough for Valorant, CS2, GTA V and Fortnite at good settings. The 16GB DDR4-3200 memory can be upgraded to 64GB, and the 512GB NVMe Gen4 SSD is joined by a spare 2.5-inch bay for extra storage.

Connectivity

You get USB-C (USB 3.2 Gen1 with DisplayPort), three USB-A ports, HDMI, RJ45 Ethernet and an audio jack, plus Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 for fast, stable wireless. The 720p webcam is fine for lectures and meetings, and the 52.4Wh battery is charged by a 120W adapter.

Technologies in plain words

  • DLSS: NVIDIA AI upscaling that raises frame rates in supported games with little visible quality loss.
  • 144Hz: the screen shows 144 images per second, so motion looks far smoother than on 60Hz panels.
  • MSI Center: switch performance modes and fan profiles in one app.
  • Wi-Fi 6E: faster speeds and lower latency with modern routers.

Who is it for?

Students, entry-level gamers and anyone who wants one laptop for study, light engineering software, basic video editing and gaming on a reasonable budget.
