Description

The NZXT Kraken X63 RGB is an all-in-one (AIO) liquid CPU cooler with a 280mm radiator and two 140mm Aer RGB 2 fans, combining strong cooling with a clean, illuminated look thanks to the infinity-mirror ring on the pump head.

Design

The pump cap measures 80 mm in diameter and 55 mm in height with 8 RGB LEDs, and the NZXT logo can be rotated so it stays upright in any mounting orientation. The aluminum radiator measures 143 × 315 × 30 mm, and the 400 mm tubes are rubber with a nylon sleeve.

Performance and specifications

  • Asetek Gen7 pump running at 800–2,800 RPM (±300).
  • Copper cold plate that pulls heat quickly from the CPU.
  • Two 140mm Aer RGB 2 PWM fans at 500–1500 RPM.
  • Airflow up to 91.19 CFM and static pressure up to 1.52 mm-H₂O.
  • Fan noise between 22 and 33 dBA.

Compatibility and control

The cooler supports AMD AM4/AM5 and Intel LGA 1700/1851/1200/115x/2066 (some newer sockets need extra mounting hardware). It connects to the motherboard over internal USB 2.0, and NZXT CAM lets you set pump and fan speeds, lighting effects and monitor liquid temperature.

Who is it for?

It suits anyone building a gaming or work PC with a Core i7, Ryzen 7 or higher who wants quiet cooling and matching RGB lighting. The NZXT Kraken X63 RGB price in Iraq is a good match for its build quality and integrated software.
