Description

The SteelSeries Arena 9 is a true 5.1 surround sound gaming speaker system made of two front speakers, two rear speakers, a center channel and a powerful 6.5-inch subwoofer, all running over a single USB connection to your PC. If you are looking for the SteelSeries Arena 9 price in Iraq with warranty and cash on delivery, this page covers everything you need to know.

Design

The Arena 9 rear speakers are wireless and connect directly to the subwoofer, so there are fewer cables across the room. The rear speakers have removable stands with a threaded insert for wall mounting, while the adjustable front stands let you tilt the front left and right speakers vertically toward your ears. Reactive PrismSync RGB lighting adds 4 configurable lighting zones.

Audio performance

The system uses a 2-way design: mid-range drivers handle the mid frequencies and silk dome tweeters deliver clean highs. The 6.5-inch down-firing subwoofer uses an organic-fiber cone for deep, controlled bass. Total power is rated at 300W RMS according to the retailer specification.

Connectivity

  • USB connection for PC, Mac and PlayStation.
  • Optical input and 3.5mm AUX input.
  • Bluetooth for music from your phone.
  • Wired headset support with switching from the base controls.

Technologies explained

  • OLED Control Pod: control volume, mute, 5.1 Upmix (turning stereo into surround), lighting and Bluetooth pairing.
  • SteelSeries Sonar software: on PC it gives you a 10-band parametric EQ to tune the sound for every game.
  • Acoustic Echo Cancellation: reduces speaker sound leaking back into your microphone during voice chat.

Who should buy it?

The SteelSeries Arena 9 suits PC and PlayStation gamers who want to hear the direction of footsteps and explosions precisely, and movie fans who want a home theatre on the desk without a separate receiver.
