Description
The EZVIZ HP7 smart home video doorphone is an internet-connected intercom made of a 2K camera outdoor panel and a 7-inch indoor touch monitor. It runs on just two wires, so it can replace an old analogue intercom without pulling new cable. Design
The slim outdoor panel measures 161 × 87 × 20 mm and has a lit call button, backlit name cards and a rain shield, rated for -30°C to 60°C. The indoor monitor measures 180 × 111 × 15 mm, hangs on the supplied wall bracket and has an on/off button.
Camera and display
The EZVIZ HP7 camera uses a 1/2.7" CMOS sensor at 2048×1296 with a 2.0 mm lens and a 162° diagonal view, plus two 850 nm infrared LEDs for night vision up to 6 m. On the 1024×600 indoor screen you see the visitor, talk and let them in, choosing from up to 20 ringtones.
Wiring and connectivity
Only two wires link panel and monitor: up to 50 m with 2×0.75 mm², up to 100 m with 2×1.5 mm² and up to 120 m with twisted pair, and it is also compatible with 4-wire runs. The indoor monitor joins dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi, so calls also reach the EZVIZ app. It has a dry-contact gate output rated 12V/2A and an electric strike output up to 12V/1.1A (lock must have mechanical memory).

Can the EZVIZ HP7 use my old intercom wiring?
Yes. It is a 2-wire system and is also compatible with 4-wire runs. Distance reaches 50 m on 0.75 mm² cable and 100 m on 1.5 mm² cable.
Can I unlock the door from my phone when I'm away?
Yes. With the EZVIZ app you take the call and open the electric strike or gate remotely. The indoor monitor must be connected to Wi-Fi.
Is an electric lock included?
No, the lock and gate motor are sold separately. It supports an electric strike up to 12V/1.1A with mechanical memory and a 12V/2A dry-contact gate output.
Where are recordings stored?
On a microSD card of up to 512GB, sold separately. EZVIZ CloudPlay cloud storage is also available as a subscription in some markets.
Can I add a second indoor monitor?
EZVIZ offers extra screens for the HP7 family, such as the wireless SD7 Smart Screen. They pair through the EZVIZ app so you can answer from another room.
