Description
The EZVIZ T10C Smart Water Leak Sensor protects your home from the silent damage caused by leaking pipes, water heaters and washing machines, sending an instant alert to your phone as soon as water touches it. The T10C runs on Zigbee 3.0 and requires the EZVIZ A3 Home Gateway. If you are checking the EZVIZ T10C water leak sensor price in Iraq, it is a small purchase that can save you a costly repair.
Design
It is a small puck measuring Φ49 × 11.5 mm and weighing just 17.44 g. Simply place it on a flat floor next to pipes, under a sink, behind a washing machine or near a toilet, with no wires or tools. Its IP67 rating means it handles high humidity and immersion in water.
Detection and alarm
The sensor triggers once water reaches 0.5 mm or more. It then sends an instant alert to the EZVIZ App and sounds a 3-minute siren on the gateway. Alerts repeat every 5 minutes until the water level drops below 0.5 mm; you can mute the siren with the gateway button, but it resumes after 5 minutes if the leak is still there.
Connectivity
The T10C pairs with the A3 gateway over Zigbee 3.0 on 2.4GHz with up to 200 m range in open space. It also integrates with compatible EZVIZ cameras, which can turn to a preset angle and record 5 seconds when a leak is detected.
The technology in plain words
The underside has metal contact points; when water covers them it closes a tiny electrical circuit, and the sensor knows there is a leak. This simple method uses very little power, so the CR2032 battery lasts up to one year in energy-saving mode, with a low-battery reminder.
Who should buy it
Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, boiler rooms and water tank areas, for travellers who leave the house empty, and for shop owners storing goods that water would ruin.

Product FAQ
Does the T10C need a gateway?
Yes, the T10C communicates over Zigbee 3.0 and needs the EZVIZ A3 Home Gateway for phone alerts and the siren. The gateway is not included with the sensor.
How much water triggers the alarm?
The sensor triggers when the water level reaches 0.5 mm or more. Alerts repeat every 5 minutes until the water drops below that level.
Is the sensor waterproof?
Yes, the T10C is rated IP67 against water and dust, so it can stay in damp places and survive immersion. It is designed to sit directly on the floor near leak sources.
How long does the battery last?
It uses a replaceable CR2032 battery that lasts up to one year in energy-saving mode, based on two detections per day. The app sends a reminder when it runs low.
