Description

The XIGMATEK Aqua 7 Arctic is a white mid-tower case from XIGMATEK that supports E-ATX motherboards and comes ready with eight fans and a lighting controller, giving you an elegant white build with excellent airflow without buying extra fans.

Design and build

The case measures 448 x 290 x 467mm and is built from steel with two tempered glass panels that show off your parts from the front and side. It has a nylon anti-dust filter with a metal mesh look, and an interior layout that hides the power supply and drives behind the motherboard.

Cooling and performance

  • Eight white H22A PWM fans included: six reverse-blade fans and two standard fans.
  • Room for up to 11 fans: three 120mm or two 140mm on top, three on the side, three on the bottom and two at the rear.
  • 360mm radiators on the top, side and bottom, plus 120mm at the rear.
  • ARGB and PWM controller with remote, rated up to 40W on 5V and 36W on 12V.

Compatibility and connectivity

It supports E-ATX up to 285mm, ATX, M-ATX and Mini-ITX boards, including back-plug ATX and M-ATX motherboards. It fits graphics cards up to 410mm (360mm with a side cooler), CPU coolers up to 165mm and ATX PSUs up to 180mm. There are 7 expansion slots with an included vertical GPU bracket, two 3.5-inch bays in the cage plus a rear bracket for a 3.5-inch and a 2.5-inch drive. The top panel offers USB-C, USB 3.0, HD audio, and power and reset buttons.

The technology in plain words

Reverse-blade fans are mounted so their lit face shows through the glass while they still pull cool air in, giving you a better look and correct airflow at the same time. PWM lets the fans slow down under light loads to cut noise.

Who is it for?
