Description

The XIGMATEK Aqua Ultra Air is a dual-chamber E-ATX case from XIGMATEK, made for showcase builds with tempered glass and strong bottom-to-top airflow, and it comes ready with seven pre-installed fans. The Air version swaps the glass roof for a removable metal mesh top that lets hot air escape more easily, and adds Z22A fans and a dynamic ARGB LED bar on the front.

Design and build

The case measures 460 x 285 x 445mm and is built from 0.8mm SPCC steel. Two tempered glass panels on the front and side with a metal mesh roof for airflow. The dual-chamber layout isolates the power supply in its own compartment, and the motherboard extension panel and top fan rack are removable for easier building. The bottom is a high-airflow anti-dust mesh grill.

Cooling and performance

  • Seven Z22A fans pre-installed: six reverse-blade fans on the motherboard side and bottom, and one standard fan at the rear.
  • ARGB remote controller box for lighting and fan control.
  • Room for up to 10 fans: 3x 120mm on top, 3x 120/140mm beside the motherboard, 3x 120/140mm on the bottom and 1x 120mm at the rear.
  • 360mm radiators on the top, motherboard side and bottom, plus 120mm at the rear.

Compatibility and connectivity

It supports E-ATX, ATX, M-ATX and Mini-ITX boards and fits graphics cards up to 430mm, CPU coolers up to 185mm and ATX power supplies up to 220mm. There are 7 expansion slots with vertical GPU support, plus two removable cages for four 3.5-inch and four 2.5-inch drives. The top I/O has two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, a USB Type-C port and HD audio, with power, reset and LED buttons.
